Education is a fundamental principle of society; without increasing someone's knowledge and understanding of a subject, it is virtually impossible to improve that person's life in that area. Knowledge is vital. Education is king in respect to societal change.
African Assistance Plan and Education
African Assistance Plan (AAP) is committed to help provide quality education to the children of Ghana, especially in the most deprived areas. They provide books, uniforms, and scholarships to needy children. They also construct school buildings where needed. ( Some schools in Ghana are still under trees.) Besides the impact of AAP in the remote areas of Ghana, they have also established a leadership training college in Sunyani, Ghana. There teachers and other leaders are developed, as well as many are prepared with various trades. By the request of the government of Ghana, a physicians' assistance school will be established in the near future to help fill the huge need in Ghana.
