BOARD MEMBERS
Jim and Carol Phillips

Jim Phillips is founder and president of Commonwealth for Christ International. Carol serves as secretary-treasurer. They reside in Norfolk, Virginia.
In 1980, Jim and Carol were sent from their home church to pastor in Western New York. The following year they planted their first church in a nearby town. In 1984, The Lord spoke clearly that Jim was to go to Haiti for a short-term mission trip. Jim obeyed. After learning the "ropes," he began introducing others to the mission field. Then a seasoned prophet prophesied to Jim that he would be a prophet to the nations. Years passed. In 1996, the Lord again spoke, "Pack your bags. I open the nations to you"... Jim literally went home and packed. Soon new doors opened.
The same year, returning from a missions trip to Guyana, the Lord inspired Jim to organize Commonwealth for Christ to serve those who were obeying the Great Commission. Jesus said, "Go into all the world and make disciples of all nations." The lives of most missionaries are filled with hardship and sacrifice. Then to raise support, they must take time from their fields of work and return to their respective home countries to travel to churches, nearly begging so they can continue their work. Jim founded Commonwealth for Christ to empower the missionaries with encouragement, training, manpower, finances and other resources; to carry some of the weight of those on the front lines.

Peter and Linda Stull

In 1990 he was the proprietor of a tiny one-man bicycle shop when the Lord prophetically promised He would bless the business, draw people from great distances and make Peter's name known in Europe. Customers now come from hundreds of miles away and "Bicycle Man llc" is the largest dealer of English recumbent trikes in the world. In 2011 Peter was appointed to the board of AmTryke- a charity that donates thousands of trikes to handicapped riders each year.

Pastor Philip Cappuccio lives in Harrisburg, Pa. Phil met Jesus Christ at age 17 on Long Island, New York, in a powerful spiritual experience where he was saved, filled with the Holy Spirit, and prophesied. He became a part of a local church, where he learned to serve God's people. After demonstrating faithfulness, he was promoted to elder, then assistant pastor. Finally, Pastor Phil served as Senior Pastor in Boston, Mass., and in Hersey, Pa. In total, Phil has served as pastor for over 25 years. He currently travels as an itinerant prophet and teacher, preaching throughout the US, Europe, Asia, and South America.

John and Amendra York live in Cleveland, Tenn. They bring the element of relative youth to the board of Commonwealth for Christ. Amendra brings the perspective of being raised in a third-world, persecuted country, Sri Lanka. Both were reared in the homes of pastors, where they experienced the inner-workings of churches.
